This was a once and a lifetime experience! I highly recommend flying a hot air balloon at least once in your life. This was my second flight. The crew was attentive and accommodating. They made sure our safety came first, especially when it came to weather. The flight was relaxing and the landing was smooth. AWESOME TIME!....

Great experience! Rich and his team made our hot air balloon ride in the morning the most memorable wedding anniversary ever! Rich was able to easily communicate with me the past couple months. They double check all the safety standards (weather, wind, etc). The ride was smooth with such a great scenery of the sunrise. Everyone else that helped were a mix of great personalities and you can tell they easily get along together. And finally the finishing touch of champagne/mimosas and coffee cake were the best. Am recommending to all my friends and family! My wife loved the experience! Thank you guys!....

We came up for the Adirondack balloon festival this September 2019 and we had a better time than expected! Rich and Lori were very kind and professional! They responded to our texts and we had no problem finding them in the morning! They were very accommodating: they told us about the history of hot air balloons, talked us through what they or do we need to set up and break the balloon down and even let us help put the balloon away (which was extra cool getting to touch it). they gave us Champagne and homemade coffee cake and souvenirs to take with us after the ride was over. They also took amazing photos for us! I am very pleased and happy with the experience...as my first time in the hot air balloon... The ride was smooth everyone was very hospitable which made it even better! Thank you for making it an unforgettable day!....

I totally enjoyed the experience from watching the balloon inflate, learning how it's possible to slow them down, the view from above the tree line, to how the balloon is landed. Rich, Lori and the crew were super friendly. I would totally recommend Rich for anyone considering a ride. Thanks for a terrific memory.....

Thank you Rich, Lori, and your crew, for the nicest experience I've ever had in a hot air balloon flight. You treat your passengers like family, you're so accommodating to older people, you take the time to make sure everyone gets the pictures they want to take, you're funny, and you make the flight such a safe, wonderful, and fun experience.
To everyone out there who has never tried a hot air balloon ride, give yourself a wonderful experience of a lifetime, and book a flight with Rich, Lori, and their crew. You'll be in excellent hands and have a beautiful memory of feeling like you're floating on a cloud,seeing breathtaking sunrises, and just enjoying the scenery from the balloon.
